Stress Audits

Stress in the workplace has been widely recognised as a significant business concern. Existing research has highlighted the negative impact it can have in the economy through symptoms such as high staff turnover, high absenteeism, bullying, staff burnout and poorer individual and organisational performance.

Organisations need to know who is at risk within their business and what is causing the problem.
