 Employee health and well-being is now a ‘front burner’ issue for most organisations. Absenteeism, low morale and high employee turnover can place an ever increasing burden on a company’s bottom line, which has resulted in many companies looking holistically at an approach to the issue. For many of us, the complexities and demands of day-to-day life can mean that we neglect ourselves and our sense of personal well-being and end up feeling out of balance. By working with employees to enable them to focus on and prioritise themselves and their well-being, our workshop aims to give employees the tools, insights and motivation to restore balance and boost individual efficiency.  

 Who should attend?

This pre-course diagnostic, one day course and subsequent personal coaching programme, enables employees to develop a deeper understanding of how to positively manage personal physical, emotional and intellectual resources to optimise well-being. The workshop is highly interactive and is designed to provide a catalyst to improve work life balance and stress levels, build personal skills and support participants in meeting their full potential. All members of staff are welcome.

Course Overview and Outcomes

At the end of the course you will be able to:

·         Develop an understanding and awareness of stress – its causes and effects and how it can be managed.

·         Identify ways to improve your work-life balance

·         Learn techniques to increase you energy levels

·         Understand how rest is not idleness

·         Create a personal vision of the future and utilise advanced goal setting techniques

·         Identify and break through limiting beliefs

·         Identify personal success strategies

·         Identify some simple steps to take towards individual well-being and develop a goal focused action plan ready for your coaching sessions.
