Most jobs will have some pressure, this is what challenges you and gives you the stimulation to achieve job satisfaction. Sometimes, however this pressure can become excessive and you can feel unable to cope - healthy pressure has turned into stress. Stress can have a detrimental effect on your performance and in order to cope well at work you need the skills to learn how to respond well to these difficult situations.
