Sally is an accredited and experienced Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Therapist and a member of the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommends CBT for the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders.
Sally is committed to helping people reach their full potential in being able to function adaptively in their daily activities or desired field of work.
With the skills gained as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Social Worker, Team Leader and Clinical Supervisor, Sally is able to support and motivate people to overcome issues such as low confidence, low self-esteem, body image issues, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health and social anxiety, performance anxiety, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and depression.
