Cognitive Analytic Therapist
Cal has been working in the NHS since 1987 and qualified as a psychotherapist with UKCP registration in 2001, completing Cognitive Analytic Therapy training at Guys and Thomas’ Hospitals in London, along with a Masters degree in Mental Health.
Whilst continuing to work in Psychological Services in the NHS, Cal also practises privately at Morency Therapy helping clients with a range of personal and emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, weight and diet issues, poor self-image, mood swings, self-harm, physical health problems and destructive cycles within relationships.
Cal has experience in the medical field, working psychologically to help people who have diabetes and more recently completed a diploma in Online Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Cal is an accredited CAT Supervisor, and also contributes to London based CAT training courses in the role of tutor.
